Applying to Have a Ballot Mailed to You
Absentee Ballot Applications may be requested by calling Voter Services at 610-344-6410, or you may print out the Application and mail according to its instructions:

Who may apply for an Absentee Ballot Application?
Qualified registered electors who will be absent from the Commonwealth or municipality of their residence by reason of
- occupation, business or duties
- observance of religious holiday
- persons unable to go to the polls because of illness or physical disability
- persons employed by the State or Federal government and their spouses or dependents who are within the territorial limits of the United States and the District of Columbia, but absent from their municipality of residence.

Allow sufficient mail time to receive your Ballot and return it to Voter Services. You may carry your own filled-out Absentee Ballot in person to Voter Services, but you may not carry someone else's.
